Moses 2: 1-31
1 And it came to pass that the Lord spake unto Moses, saying: Behold, I reveal unto you concerning thisheaven, and this earth; write the words which I speak. I am the Beginning and the End, the Almighty God; by mine Only Begotten I created these things; yea, in the beginning I created the heaven, and the earth upon which thou standest.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and I caused darkness to come up upon the face of the deep; and my Spirit moved upon the face of the water; for I am God.
3 And I, God, said: Let there be light; and there was light.
4 And I, God, saw the light; and that light was good. And I, God, divided the light from the darkness.
5 And I, God, called the light Day; and the darkness, I called Night; and this I did by the word of my power, and it was done as I spake; and the evening and the morning were the first day.
6 And again, I, God, said: Let there be a firmament in the midst of the water, and it was so, even as I spake; and I said: Let it divide the waters from the waters; and it was done;
7 And I, God, made the firmament and divided the waters, yea, the great waters under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament, and it was so even as I spake.
8 And I, God, called the firmament Heaven; and the evening and the morning were the second day.
9 And I, God, said: Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and it was so; and I, God, said: Let there be dry land; and it was so.
10 And I, God, called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters, called I the Sea; and I, God, saw that all things which I had made were good.
11 And I, God, said: Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, the fruit tree yielding fruit, after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed should be in itself upon the earth, and it was so even as I spake.
12 And the earth brought forth grass, every herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed should be in itself, after his kind; and I, God, saw that all things which I had made were good;
13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.
14 And I, God, said: Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven, to divide the day from the night, and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and for years;
15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth; and it was so.
16 And I, God, made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night, and the greater light was the sun, and the lesser light was the moon; and the stars also were made even according to my word.
17 And I, God, set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18 And the sun to rule over the day, and the moon to rule over the night, and to divide the light from thedarkness; and I, God, saw that all things which I had made were good;
19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
20 And I, God, said: Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl which may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
21 And I, God, created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind; and I, God, saw that all things which I had created were good.
22 And I, God, blessed them, saying: Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the sea; and let fowl multiply in the earth;
23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
24 And I, God, said: Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping things, and beasts of the earth after their kind, and it was so;
25 And I, God, made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and cattle after their kind, and everything which creepeth upon the earth after his kind; and I, God, saw that all these things were good.
26 And I, God, said unto mine Only Begotten, which was with me from the beginning: Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and it was so. And I, God, said: Let them have dominion over the fishes of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 And I, God, created man in mine own image, in the image of mine Only Begotten created I him; male and female created I them.
28 And I, God, blessed them, and said unto them: Befruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
29 And I, God, said unto man: Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in the which shall be the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be formeat.
30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to everything that creepeth upon the earth, wherein I grant life, there shall be given every clean herb for meat; and it was so, even as I spake.
31 And I, God, saw everything that I had made, and, behold, all things which I had made were very good; and the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

I know Heavenly Father created us all individually and that He wants you to be the best ‘you’ can be. He has a different plan for each of us that is fitted to our personalities. He loves us and wants us to come back to Him. N4

God directed the making of the earth. God can do all things. God made us in His image. He loves us so he created the world. SC

I think the article was about when God created the earth. It made me feel really good within myself and peaceful. It makes me feel like if I was in a Temple that God is with me. A

The scriptures that I just read helped me think about how beautiful the earth is and I'm so grateful that I could come down from Heaven and take this test.

Heavenly Father took so much time to make the earth and He loves it very much. How often do we appreciate the Earth? Our Father very carefully made us and He wants us to love our bodies. Heavenly Father wants us to appreciate our gifts that He has made for us. N6

What I thought when reading is, 'Wow, God made many things for everyone. He made us and He made everything around us'. I am so thankful that we have this wonderful earth to live on. I also thought that we need to keep his creation clean and beautiful so we should not litter and we should pick up our trash. N6
I think it is the most wonderful thing to have God who loves you and can protect you like it says. It is amazing that He could make our world because He loves us so much. He is our creator. He is our Father. God and Christ are our Creator. God is our Father. N1
What I learned from this chapter is that our Heavenly Father gave us the earth prepared with rocks in our way to His presence. We have to not trip because that will lead you to bad consequences and satan will want us to fall. So Arise and Shine Forth and don't fall or trip. Keep going. A

I like this scripture because it shows how powerful our Heavenly Father is. Also it shows what He did to create the earth. My favorite part about these verses was that it shows how much He did for us and how much He cares for us. N6
Heavenly Father is talking about creating the earth and the beauty of everything and how each day went and every living creature. God would say all these things are good and the only day He didn't create was on the 7 day He rested. N6
I think it shows us we should be grateful for the earth. And we rest on Sunday and do nothing on the Sabbath day except to show love and gratitude to Him. I also think that He made Earth to show His love for all of us. And we would be able to live on Earth. He also wants for us to come back to live with Him one day. P
Heavenly Father loves all of His children and wants us all to be treated equal and be happy.
All creatures living on the Earth were created by God. We are so special because of that. He expects so much from us and with His divine help and guidance I know that we'll be able to live up to our full potential as daughters of our Heavenly Father. W
I couldn't understand the reading very well but I felt the spirit around. I felt happiness.
It feels good to be able to understand about when the world was made. I wish everyone had the blessing got knowing how the world was made. Earth and all of it's inhabitants were made in only six days. N1
This scripture was so amazing. It shows that God has such great power and how much he loves us to create the earth for us so that we can live with Him again. He cares so much for all of us. It really makes me feel the spirit. God created man and woman. He know every thing that is needed and put them on the earth for us. He gave us the chance to prove that we can be with HIm again. N4
It said "And God saw that all things which I created were good" six times. Everything which He created is good. Me and you and everyone around you. I just think thats a really beautiful thought. N1
